The objdump tool will need to be updated to support all the new instructions we're adding to the assembler.  We may well need to split this up but I don't want to create another 10 tickets.  So this ticket will be in motion but it does at least capture the fact that we need to update obdjump when we update the assembler.

I did end up splitting up this task.  This task now covers the work to add RVV 1.0 support to go tool objdump, which is a significant piece of work it its own right as there are so many instructions.  The remaining instructions, which are likely to get added to the go assembler in a different release to the Vector instructions, have been moved to LR_02_052
