EDK2_00_06	SSTC support	When SSTC extension is supported, it is better EDK2 uses it. Currently, it uses SBI extension which can be slower. EDK2_00_09	CMO support	Use CBO instructions when extension is available	Dhaval	12/23	Initial patch set available.	This also needs the extension discovery framework. This can not be supported without gcc12 + compiler versions. Some refactoring required. Challenge is to verify without real hardware. So there may be bug fixes required after initial implementation based on qemu.
EDK2_00_07	CLANG support	Currently only gcc is supported to build edk2. Enabling CLANG will help users not to install different cross toolchains. EDK2_00_01	MultiArchUefiPkg	OptionROM emulator	Andrei	12/23	Completed	Has licensing issues to integrate with EDK2 source code. So, need to checkin the binary driver so that others can consume and verify.
SBI_00_01	Sparse HARTID Support in openSBI		Anup	12/23	In progress	Some foundational changes required are upstreamed.
TFM_00_01	TF-M equivalent for secure boot		Simon	12/23	In progress	Design is based on reference TF-M (boot loader only, not TF runtime).
EDK2_00_02	StandaloneMmPkg	Port of Tiano StandaloneMmPkg to various envos (raw M mode using OpenSBI, TEE using Salus/Penglai/etc) to support authenticated variable store and other scenarios.	Yong/Tuan	2024	In progress	This is a long term project. While its priority is high in 2023, it would be 2024 to have some work upstreamed.
