Android is the most used mobile OS in the world, and V8 is the Javascript engine for the default browser of Chrome, the default browser of Android. It is then vital to have support for V8 for Android-RISC-V.
V8 already support Android, Linux and RISC-V, so all the pieces are there. We just need to put them together and make sure all the tests are passing.
