• Outputs from the previous two milestones shall be used to produce an RFC recommending the promotion of the riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu Rust Language target triplet to Tier-1.

• The structure and protocols used for the RFC are intended to be similar to this RFC that was previously used for Tier-1 attainment of the aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu target triplet.

Status

• While drafting the RFC the Tier-1 requirements were evaluated again.

• A PR was created to add a required target page to ensure the riscv64gc-unknown-linux-gnu  Rust target continues to meet the existing Tier-2 requirements
