DP_01_002 - Evaluate GDB status on RISC-V

• GDB 8.2 support ELF target
• GDB 8.3 support linux/freebsd target & Target description
• GDB 10.1 support GDB server
• GDB 11.1 support Vector register
• GDB is supported by BFD(same as objdump) and has these extension currently supported, including I/M/A/F/D/Q/RVWMO/E/C/V/H
• Work in progress and currently under review includes:
